Acronychia imperforata or the Fraser Island Apple as it is also known is a very pretty evergreen that is covered by masses of cream/yellow flowers in Summer and Autumn, followed by small orange berries.
Growing 7 - 15 m, this beautiful medium sized tree is ideal as a tall hedge, and responds very well to pruning. The bright green foliage creates a wonderful screen as well, due to its' tolerance to wind. Please note, that although the root systems are not invasive, it is recommended to plant at least 8 m from any structure.
Salt and wind tolerant, sensitive to frost. Most well drained soils; mulch during establishment. Full sun.
