Common Name: Ivory Curl Tree
Availabilty: In Stock
Buckinghamia celsissima, or the Ivory Curl Tree as it can be more commonly known, is a small and pretty evergreen tree. Fragrant cream flowers bloom throughout summer, which is what makes this tree such a popular garden addition. The flowers appear in long tassels and are highly fragrant, also causing them to be attractive to bird and insect life.
Growing up to 8 metres tall, it is perfect for use as a small specimen tree or as a tall hedge. The bright foliage adds a tropical flair to most garden settings, and the new growth is a beautiful bronze colour that matures to a dark green.
Most soil types - prefers a wetter area. Reasonably frost & wind tolerant. Full sun.
