Common Name: Callistemon Pearsonii, Rocky Rambler Bottlebrush
Availabilty: In Stock
The Rocky Rambler is a miniature version of the Callistemon Pearsonii and is known for its' bright red bottlebrush flowers with a beautiful gold tip which bloom throughout most of the year. This pretty evergreen tree only grows to a maximum height of 500mm tall making it ideal for use in rockeries, tub specimen planting, bank planting, and low hedges or borders.
A non-invasive root system means that this robust shrub can be planted close to walkways or buildings, in fact plant near the house to attract birds, as the flowers are highly attractive to local bird and insect life (as well as the keen gardener of course *wink*).
Reasonably frost & wind tolerant. Hardy to dry conditions. Most soils. Full sun to part shade.
