USES

• Energising and uplifting aroma.
• Equipped for seasonal threats.
• Provides an energising, uplifting aroma.
• Cleanses and clarifies the skin.
• Dilute and apply to chest or feet when before spending time outdoors.
• Use on palms of hands or soles of feet to cleanse and clarify the skin.
• Add a few drops to a spray bottle with water and use as a surface cleaner.
• Soak sliced apples in water and a few drops for a healthy,snack.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
