Common Name: Echinacea Purpurea 'Cheyenne Spirit', Coneflower
Availabilty: Out of Stock ENQUIRE NOW
The Cheyenne Spirit or Coneflower is a show-stopping garden plant that has it all! Low-maintenance, requiring little watering and producing the most beautiful flowers in an array of sunset tones! Did we mention that she also has medicinal properties used to cure infections – what more could you want?
Growing between 400 mm and 1 m tall, and around 400 mm wide, she's ideal for specimen planting, mixed beds, container planting, cottage gardens, borders and colour contrast. Vibrant and fragrant blooms in purples, reds, oranges to creamy whites appear through summer to autumn while cheery green foliage is sure to lift your spirits! Local bird and insect-life (including butterflies!) love this pretty girl, and so do we.
We recommend a hard cut back in winter to encourage stunning new growth in the springtime. Low maintenance and happy to be left to dry out between watering, she's pretty tough and not too picky. Add some vibrancy to your garden and lift your spirits with the Cheyenne Spirit!
Drought, heat and humidity tolerant. Frost sensitive. Most well drained soils. Full sun. Attracts butterflies and birds.
