This popular alternative to English Box, as it is so much faster growing, is hugely versatile and sought after by landscapers and gardeners alike.. You can prune it into any shape you desire, and he's hardy and low maintenance. Growing up to 1.2 m high and 600 mm wide when left untrimmed, this compact grower is ideal for planting on balconies and patios, hedging, screening and borders. For a dense hedge, we recommend 4 - 5 plants per metre. 

Tolerates frost, drought tolerant, adapts to coastal regions. Most well drained soils. Full sun to part shade.
