Common Name: Ned Kelly Grevillea, Mason's Hybrid
Availabilty: In Stock
Put down your weapons, the gorgeous Ned Kelly Grevillea is here! An Aussie Native, this is an evergreen spreading medium-sized shrub, with dusky apricot, orange and red-toned Grevillea flowers blooming almost year-round in temperate locations. The flowers are stunning and long-lasting in cut floral arrangments, while the grey-hued toothy foliage is also gorgeous. Being a native, the blooms are highly attractive to local bird and insect life. If you love the sound of birdsong, you need Grevilleas in your garden!
Similar to Robyn Gordan, Ned Kelly grows to approximately 1.5 - 2 metres high and 1.5 - 2 metres wide at maximum growth. Fast-growing and quick to establish, he is low maintenance and ideal for feature planting, screening, and native landscaping. Benefits from a fertiliser feed in the beginning of spring to aid in the explosion of flowers! As with all Grevillea varieties, the Ned Kelly is low maintenance, and the gift that just keeps giving!
Low maintenance. Drought resistance. Frost tolerant. Well drained soils. Full sun for best result. Attractive to birds and insects.
