''Kokedama'' is a Japanese word that literally translates to 'Moss Ball' in English. This cousin to bonsai gardening is hugely popular for string gardens, Japanese inspired landscapes, indoor planting and offices. This medium sized Kokedama makes quite the statement, and is around the size of a small rockmelon.

The soil is carefully pulled from the plants roots, which are then carefully rolled into a clay-soil mixture that retains moisture and is then wrapped into a ball. Kokedamas are essentially living planters that can be hung from the ceiling or curtain rod for a stunning  and striking splash of green.
