The Springfire, or Ohi'a Lehua as it is also known, is a beautiful evergreen shrub, with mint-green foliage. Clusters of red pompom flowers bloom throughout the warmer months. With a maximum height of 4 - 5 metres, it is ideal for hedging, borders, specimen planting, windbreaks, and screening.

Springfire is also drought resistant and hardy to most environments, so is perfect for those hard-to-grow areas. Birdlife and insects find this shrub highly attractive. Consider planting along a fence line for added colour and contrast.

Hardy to all elements.  Most well drained soils; mulch in establishment.  Full sun.
