Common Name: Fiji Fire Plant
Availabilty: In Stock
The Fiji Fire Plant is a beautiful evergreen shrub, with bright-red young foliage maturing to a darker green. Clusters of red/orange pompom flowers bloom throughout the warmer months, although the gorgeous multi-coloured foliage is still the main attraction. With a maximum height of 3 - 4 metres, it is ideal for hedging, borders, specimen planting, windbreaks, and screening.
The Fiji Fire Plant is also drought resistant and hardy to most environments, so is perfect for those hard-to-grow areas. Birds and insects find this shrub highly attractive. Consider planting along a fence line for added colour and contrast.
Hardy to all elements. Most well drained soils; mulch in establishment. Full sun.
