The Miss Muffet Pittosporum is a gorgeous, small evergreen shrub with an incredibly dense growth habit. Thick, glossy dark-green foliage offers beautiful contrast; whilst fragrant, cream flowers appear during the spring. Low maintenance, our happy little guy doesn't mind drier conditions once established and is lightly frost and coastal wind tolerant.
This popular choice for Japanese gardens grows between 1 - 1.5 metres tall when left unchecked, creating a nice rounded silhouette, however feel free to trim to attain your desired shape or for hedging. Ideal for borders, hedges, container planting, feature planting or planting out en masse to spectacular result. This cheery fellow does prefer a sheltered location.
Lightly frost & wind tolerant, drought tolerant. Well drained soils. Full sun, part shade.
