The Pittosporum Undulatum is a sweet, evergreen Australian native shrub or tree that is not only striking but also highly resilient and versatile.
Thick, glossy green wavy foliage offers beautiful contrast; whilst clusters of small white fragrant flowers bloom throughout spring, followed by bright orange bird-attracting berries that are produced during autumn.
This fast-growing beauty can reach a height of approximately 15m and width of 6m. The sweet pittosporum is very hardy, adaptable and can tolerate most well-drained soils, including sandy and loamy – making it a great option for gardens, coastal areas, heathland and rainforest environments. Talk about versatile!
Full sun to part shade positions are best for this variety of pittosporum and once established these robust plants become frost, drought and humidity tolerant.
Humidity, frost & drought tolerant. Most well drained soils. Full sun to part shade. Bird attracting.
