The dainty Silver Lace Fern is a truly beautiful evergreen tropical fern, and she only wins gold as far as we're concerned! This delicate, lacy fern has elegant, variegated green and silver fronds that wave gently in the breeze. 

Growing up to 400 mm high and wide, she's perfect for indoor gardening, stunning planted en masse in sheltered, shady areas of the garden or container planting as a feature. Outdoors we recommend giving her a home that is protected from wind, drought or frost. Indoors she is truly iconic as a centre piece; we recommend keeping in indirect or filtered light indoors, as direct sunlight can burn the delicate foliage. A popular choice for terrariums and enclosed gardens due to her humidity hardy nature.

Over-waterers rejoice, ferns love perpetually moist soil, so if you're guilty of killing our little plant friends with kindness - this just may be a match made in heaven! As they hail from the tropics, they adore warm, humid environments; misting the foliage is a great way to keep her happy if you're in a dry location or season.
