USES

• Cleansing and clarifying to the senses. Uplifting and pleasing aroma.
• Add 2-3 drops as a flavouring in cake and cookie recipes.
• Add 1-2 drops in water, smoothies, teas or lemonade for flavouring.
• To feel energised, invigorated and uplifted, place 1–2 drops in the palm of your hand, rub together, and cup over the nose and mouth for 30 seconds or diffuse throughout the room.
• Apply to flex points or abdomen to promote a cheerful jovial feeling.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
