USES

• A great flavouring to add to water while on a detoxification program.
• A cleansing aroma to the senses to promote a clear, fresh feeling.
• Add 1–2 drops to citrus drinks, teas or water for a fresh flavour.
• Diffuse for clarity and clearing.
• Apply to abdomen and bottoms of feet to promote as sense of clearing and cleansing.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• Diffusion: Use three to four drops in the diffuser of choice.
• Food additive use: Add 1 or 2 drops to food.
• Topical use: Apply one to two drops to desired area. Dilute with a carrier oil to minimise any skin sensitivity.
