Evergreen to 1.2m. Ideal for borders, low hedging, rockeries. Frost tender, wind hardy, most soil types but mulch preferred, full sun.

This is a type of Australian "Bush Food" or "Bush Tucker".  The leaves of Hardenbergia violacea can be made into a tea, but are not edible.
