Common Name: White Anzac Bottlebrush

The White Anzac Bottlebrush is a stunning evergreen known for its' crisp white bottlebrush flowers on long stems arriving in spring and summer. This pretty tree grows up to 1-1.5 metres tall and is highly attractive to birds and insects. Ideal for use as a specimen tree or hedging, and the non-invasive root systems renders it ideal for planting near buildings or walkways.
This is a type of Australian "Bush Tucker". The leaves and blossoms of Callistemon citrinus varieties can be used to make a refreshing tea, but are not edible.
Plant near the house for encouraging beautiful bird life, or it is a stunning addition to add colour or contrast to the garden.
Reasonably frost & wind tolerant. Hardy to dry conditions. Most well drained soils. Full sun.
